The 28th Pol'and'Rock Festival came to an end. Without a doubt, it was a difficult edition of our wonderful event, but there were also plenty of magical moments.
This year’s Festival was full of extraordinary experiences. We are sure that they have stayed in your memories and in your hearts, just like they have in ours! Check out the most captivating moments of Pol’and’Rock Festival 2022.
On 3 August at 2:00 p.m. CEST - even before the official start of the Festival – we held a unique press conference on a bus. But it wasn't just any bus, as we travelled in the so-called Ikarus from the 1980s. During our bus trip around the festival field, we hosted special guests: Olgierd Geblewicz – Marshall of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and Marcin Naruszewicz – Mayor of Czaplinek.
We have known it for a long time now that together with the Most Beautiful Audience in the World, we create the Most Beautiful Festival in the World. This year you have shown us this even more clearly! The festival holds such a special place in your hearts that several of you decided to choose Czaplinek-Broczyno as the venue for your engagement. Congratulations to the just-engaged couples.
“Ukraine, we stand with you!” - said Jurek at the opening of the Festival. To emphasise these words and to make a gesture of solidarity with our neighbours, we raised the flag of Ukraine at the concert of the Ukrainian band Jinjer. Thank you very much for your help in preparing this surprise :)
If you know Kwiat Jabłoni, you know that they can move their audience to tears. This time it was no different. When the band sang a song called “Buka”, they dare the audience to turn on the torches on their mobiles. See for yourself how beautifully it looked. Pure magic!
It has been known for a long time that our Festival is, above all, about wonderful people, full of tolerance, openness, and warmth. Here, everyone can feel themselves. That is why one of the NGOs, Lambda Szczecin, organised the Equality March at Pol'and'Rock Festival for the third time.
The band Skindred played at Pol'and'Rock Festival in 2011 and later in 2014. Now they have returned to our event, replacing Limp Bizkit, who were forced to cancel their tour. We wanted to make the Skindred concert special, so during the encore song, the Peace Patrol volunteers, with the audience’s help, unfurled a giant Polish flag. It was a really touching moment.
28th Pol'and'Rock Festival is coming. Are you wondering on how to get to Czaplinek-Broczynek Airfield? It's high time you planned your trip!
The American band, whose gig was one of the most awaited shows at Pol’and’Rock Festival, postpones its 2022 European tour due to health issues.
"Belfer" and "Ślepnąc od świateł" [Eng."Blinded by the Lights"] are with no doubt top Polish series. Jakub Żulczyk, a well-known book- and screenwriter, joined the circle of this year's Academy of the Finest of Arts guests!
