European Festival Awards is the flagship ceremony for European festival professionals. Each year outstanding music events receive one of 15 accolades decided by both the audience in a public vote and by a panel of international experts working for top European festivals.
The decision process has two stages - first, a public vote will end on November the 30th. We have been nominated in the Major Festival category as an outdoor event, with a daily capacity exceeding 400 000 guests. You can show your support and help us make it to the longlist by voting online until November the 30th.
The next stage of the process is determined by a select committee consisting of experts in the field. The final decision will be made by established European festival promoters and music and event management experts. It is important to note that 25% of the public vote will factor in the final decision of the panel of experts.
European Festival Awards is at the forefront of the music business, awarding music events, which aim to set new trends, inspire change and set an example of stellar experience for festival-goers. Some of the award categories include honours for the best environmentally friendly initiative, innovations in health & safety regulations as well as an award for the social involvement of the event as well as inspiring ideas in the area of marketing and brand activation award.
