The band has been established in 2006 at the initiative of the current leader and vocalist, Grzegorz Wlaźlak. Bethel has gone through many changes, and the musicians have experimented with different music styles and genres, but they have remained faithful to relaxed optimistic reggae vibes. Bethel has released two albums, which have been produced at the prestigious Custom34 studio. Both albums are characterised by gentle vibes reminiscent of reggae roots and energetic beats of ska and strong accents associated with raggamuffin music.
The band is best known for their energetic live shows, and they have played over 500 shows to date, taking the stages at some of the biggest and most respected festivals, such as Woodstock Festival Poland, and flagship reggae events in the country, such as Bielawa Reggae Festival, Ostróda Reggae Festival, Reggae Na Piaskach among many other.
